3. Customer Liability & Indemnification

By completing a purchase you agree that:

• You assume full and sole legal, civil, and personal liability for the acquisition, possession, handling, storage, and use of the compounds you purchase.
• You will indemnify and hold harmless BioRelix, its operators, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, or legal action arising from your use of the product.
• BioRelix's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
• You acknowledge that peptide research compounds are not regulated consumer goods and that appropriate professional or scientific knowledge is required for their safe handling.

4. Indonesian Law & Regulatory Compliance

BioRelix operates within the Republic of Indonesia. The following legal framework applies:

• Governing law: All transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (Consumer Protection Law) and UU No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan (Health Law).
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from a transaction shall be submitted to the competent court in Bali, Indonesia.
• BPOM status: Research peptide compounds supplied by BioRelix are not registered pharmaceutical products under BPOM classification. They are supplied as chemical research reagents for non-clinical use.
• Customer obligation: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify whether the import, possession, or use of any specific compound is lawful in their country or region of residence. BioRelix makes no warranty as to legality outside Indonesia.
