These areas are reachable but require scheduling due to distance. Orders are delivered the following morning:

All next-day deliveries use the same cold chain protocol — insulated containers with ice packs rated for 6+ hours. Packages are dispatched early morning to arrive before midday heat.
Where We Don't Deliver
We don't deliver to the Nusa islands (Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan) or the Gili islands. Fast boat crossings expose packages to salt spray, heat, and unpredictable delays. Until we can guarantee cold chain integrity on water crossings, these areas are excluded.
We also don't ship to other Indonesian islands — Jakarta, Lombok, Surabaya, or elsewhere. Inter-island logistics cannot maintain the temperature control that peptides require. For more on why, see our cold chain delivery guide.
Delivery to Hotels & Villas
We deliver to hotel reception desks and villa addresses. A few tips:
- Hotels: Provide your full name and room number. We'll coordinate with reception. Ask them to refrigerate the package immediately on arrival if you're not there.
- Villas: Provide the villa name and a Google Maps pin if the address is hard to find (many Bali villas are). Our courier will call on arrival.
- Coworking spaces: We can deliver to a reception desk. Same rules — ensure immediate refrigeration.
